Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Social Workers to join our client's Problem-Solving Court Team in Bradford. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a specialist team dedicated to supporting families through complex court processes, with a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. Our client offers a hybrid working model, combining flexibility with collaboration. While remote work is supported, team members may be required to attend the office for specific tasks or team days, as determined by service needs. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Deliver statutory social work services in line with legislation and court requirements. Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews for families involved in court proceedings. Work collaboratively with families, legal representatives, and partner agencies. Prepare and present reports for court hearings, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain detailed case records and contribute to reflective supervision.
