Success in this role depends on the ability to manage sophisticated partner relationships, collaborate effectively across functions, and apply a deep understanding of both partner and customer acquisition journeys to deliver results-driven co-marketing programs. Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship : You will report to Senior Manager, Partner Marketing. Posting Type: Replacement. Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000-$124,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Lead and own end‑to‑end partner marketing planning and execution for ISOs, ISVs, and associations, balancing strategic prioritization with scalable execution across a diverse partner portfolio. Design, run, and continuously optimize partner marketing programs, including tiering partners based on impact, opportunity, and performance to guide focus and investment. Apply strong judgment in partner relationship management, maintaining partner satisfaction while appropriately escalating issues, risks, or decisions that require senior-level alignment. Proactively leverage new tools, templates, and standardized processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and speed, enabling partner marketing to operate as a scalable program rather than a series of one-off efforts. Lead and drive the development and distribution of partner-adaptable content, campaigns, and toolkits, ensuring partners can easily activate marketing while maintaining brand, legal, and performance standards. Apply a deep understanding of partner acquisition and customer acquisition journeys to ensure messaging, assets, and channels are tailored to audience, lifecycle stage, and partner type. Establish performance frameworks and reporting across partners and programs, using data, experimentation, and insights to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency. Act as the strategic bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure consistent execution, governance, and continuous improvement across the ecosystem. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Required skills and experience Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing. Equivalent work experience may be considered. 5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or partner marketing. Demonstrated expertise in partner marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple marketing channels and partner types. Experience creating performance‑driven content that supports customer acquisition journeys. Experience designing and operating scalable marketing programs using standardized processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and speed. Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and apply data‑driven decision‑making to optimize performance. Working knowledge of key performance indicators across lead generation, cross‑sell and upsell, retention, and operational effectiveness, including metrics such as open and click rates, leads, opportunities, closed‑won outcomes, product adoption, average order value growth, attrition, customer lifetime value, and delivery impact.
