Production Systems Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and development of production hardware and software systems , including SAP/ERP, PioSys, and plant-specific tools
• Own and continuously improve the site's KPI and performance systems (e.g., Power BI, OEE tracking), ensuring high data quality and actionable insights
• Drive initiatives to improve OEE ( Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and reduce downtime through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
• Provide user-level training and support to production teams on systems and digital tools
• Act as a key interface between production, maintenance, IT (IM), and planning teams to ensure smooth operations and system alignment
• Coordinate and support calibration activities for production equipment and measurement systems
• Oversee the service and reliability of plant infrastructure, including: Hardware (e.g., screens, sensors, cameras, PCs, terminals)
• Software (e.g., plant network, fleet management, printing systems, remote maintenance tools)
• Contribute to and lead operational efficiency and digital improvement projects
• Act as a Safety Standard Leader , conducting audits and supporting a strong safety culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (ideally in IT, programming, data analytics, or related field )
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, systems, or production-support roles
• Experience working with ERP/SAP systems and production environments
• Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools (e.g., KPI systems, Power BI, OEE)
• Proven ability to support and train end users in a plant environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Fluent English , with confident written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and operational teams
