Responsibilities

Requirements

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA certification required
- Experience supporting occupational health services, including medical surveillance, vaccinations, return-to-work evaluations, and minor clinical care
- Experience with specimen collection, drug testing collection, and health record documentation within regulated healthcare environments
- Ability to comply with applicable site background screening, credentialing, and onboarding requirements
- Ability to work within an established on-site clinic environment Monday through Friday within scheduled clinic operating hours
- Preferred
- Previous experience in occupational health, employee health, or government healthcare environments
- Experience supporting wellness education, preventive health initiatives, or workplace health programs
- Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams and structured clinical workflows

Working alongside clinic leadership and interdisciplinary stakeholders, the Advanced Practitioner supports employee health services for workforce personnel, visitors, and staff while contributing to coordinated clinic operations and continuity of care. Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours/day)
