ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support leadership in delivering the Woodward program experience. Help train and support seasonal teammates. Uphold Woodward Guest Service standards: Be Safe, Be Friendly, Be Helpful, Be Proud. Contribute to a fun, safe environment for campers. Lead daily kitchen flow and guide food handlers and servers. Rotate stock to maintain freshness and reduce waste. Prepare daily meals and menu items. Follow recipes and prep guidelines. Cook a variety of foods using multiple methods. Assist with serving food when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace. Keep front‑ and back‑of‑house areas clean and stocked. Restock supplies as needed.
