Work tasks This role is focused on the technical inspection of welds and the production of high-quality documentation to support a growing manufacturing operation. Perform visual inspections and video documentation of all welds Ensure compliance with established quality standards and customer specifications Produce detailed documentation tailored for life science and pharmaceutical clients Manage non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis Provide technical feedback and guidance to welders and production teams Maintain accurate inspection records to ensure full production traceability Collaborate with the quality team to drive continuous process improvements We are looking for A technical education in welding, materials, or mechanical engineering (or equivalent experience) Solid experience in welding inspection or quality control within manufacturing Knowledge of welding standards (such as ISO 3834, ISO 5817, or ASME) A genuine interest in continuous improvement and sustainable manufacturing Fluent in English It is meritorious if you have Certification for NDT V2 is an advantage Certification as a Welding Inspector (IWI, IWS, or similar) is an advantage To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: Supportive Goal oriented Orderly Stable Responsible Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client's wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
