Heart Failure Program Manager - Tyler Heart Institute

Requirements

• 3-5 years of cardiovascular or heart failure clinical experience required
• Prior program management, quality improvement, or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics strongly preferred
• Team/workgroup participation experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with regulatory standards preferred
• Education
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree (MSN, MHA, or related) preferred
• Licensure/Certifications
• Current California RN license
• Heart Failure certification (e.g. CHFN) within 6 months of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
