We are currently looking for a Field Sales Engineer for our team. The position will be based in Bengaluru, India . This position will be responsible for customer development and management for accounts in Karnataka, Telangana & Andra Pradesh . Primary responsibilities Sales activities to achieve revenue goals from strain gauge, Strain Gauge based sensor, Accelerometer, Microphones. DAQ and measurement software. Visiting potential/existing customers and generating enquiries through professional sales techniques. Carry out technical communications with customers & demonstrate products to show USP. Preparing detailed quotation in CRM with compliance matrix to customer requirements. Sales process management, i.e. leads, opportunities, closing, forecasting, pipeline, delivering and accounting. Collaborate proactively with departments in HBK to ensure a seamless pre & post-sales experience for customers to enhance overall satisfaction and long-term engagement. Involvement in promotional and marketing activities in your area. Collect market and industry information, analysis, make a strategy and provide your insights. Providing feedback to the company in the form of reports and forecasts Professional qualifications You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in science and engineering such as Physics, mechanics, automation, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, Instrumentation, electromechanical engineering, measurement and control. min. 4 years of documented experience with sensors and measurement instruments, automation and control, signal acquisition and processing, industrial process control, or test and measurement. Personal skills Proven track record of sales performance in Automotive & Aerospace related industry Technical background & experience in selling technical products like load cell, strain gauges, force, torque sensors & related DAQ to customers. Good commercial understanding, communication, presentation and negotiation. Willing and able to travel for customer visits and participation in trade shows frequently. Positive attitude towards challenges with problem-solving skills Honest, self-motivated & team player approach. Fluent in English & Hindi. Knowing to speak Kannada & Telugu will be an added advantage. Familiar with the systems such as Salesforce & Proficient at Microsoft® Office for daily work
