The CIC will assist the Unit Manager with work involving planning, implementing, and evaluating the technical and administrative components of a rehabilitation program consisting of multiple caseloads, third-party programs, and a limited number of specialized rehabilitation programs. The CIC helps shape unit performance through data-informed decision-making, promotes professional development, and fosters a collaborative team environment to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their employment goals. This position will provide coverage for the mental health caseload. Job responsibilities include the following: - Providing direct case management supervision to Rehabilitation Counselors and support staff providing client services required to complete rehabilitation plans for employment - Performing administrative management tasks to include casework approvals to ensure quality service delivery for the assigned coverage area, budget development, and performance management - Providing and scheduling staff development, training, consultations and action plans to enhance staff and program performance - Providing assigned caseload coverage and assisting with coverage for vacant caseloads - Fostering collaborative relationships with community and partner agencies and other service partners to enhance employment opportunities for people with disabilities Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $48,222.00 - $84,388.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.
