Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Finance.
Banking, settlement, or reconciliation experience.

Title: Corporate Security Specialist
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Position Summary
Corporate Security Specialist will assist with claims resolution resulting from losses occurring during an ATM settlement period. This role will gather and analyze data from multiple sources to determine root cause and liability. Claims outcomes are determined by the language within contracts between NCR Atleos and Customer.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Review ATM receipts, CIT documents and processor documents to validate claims losses.
Gather and analyze ATM data from multiple sources to determine liability.
Communications between customer, armored vendor, and NCR Atleos to resolve claims.
Review and interpret responses from armored vendors and customers to identify whether response resolves claim.
Recognize and alert on trends discovered in assigned claims.
Provide updates on open claims until resolved.
Prepare various reports for management such as claims tracker and supporting documents.
Track claims payments.
