Support the creation and maintenance of Master Carton Labels for trading card products, including item descriptions, barcodes, quantities, and purchase order details
Work with co-manufacturers and vendors (including Millennium Print Group) to help generate and update carton labels for production and distribution
Enter and update item master data in Excel and Oracle ERP systems
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness across labeling and item records
Assist with maintaining item descriptions and product information in internal systems
Help track and organize labeling requests and documentation
Partner with Production and Supply Chain teams to support day-to-day operations and product launches
Perform routine data cleanup and validation to ensure high-quality records
Identify opportunities to improve processes and share ideas with the team

Requirements
Zero (0) - two (2) years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, data entry, or administrative support (internship experience welcome) or a demonstrated level of expertise
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
Good organizational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and complete tasks accurately
