2+ years clinical experience related to program specialty required
Experience in case management and program development preferred
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Licenses and Certifications:
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required
License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin required
Essential Functions :
Understands and satisfies the needs of the neonatal, infant, toddler, pre-school, school-age, adolescent and/or adult patient in regard to their growth and development process.
Program Development: develops, implements, manages, markets and evaluates a program plan.
Nursing Process: synthesizes and evaluates the individualized patient/family responses along the continuum of care; makes changes in treatment within the scope of practice. Negotiates systems, plans and directs the implementation of change related to program plans and standards.
Certifications/Licenses:

The RN Case Manager in this role is responsible for providing expert nursing and coordination of care for pediatric patients within a specialty population and their families. This includes conducting patient assessments, writing plans of care and developing educational programs. Also, includes program development to better meet the comprehensive needs of this population.
Department: Sleep Center
Location: Onsite at Milwaukee Hospital
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts)
Nights not required
No Weekend, No holidays
