Conduct outbound and inbound calls with leads to explain Medicare insurance options.
Qualify prospects, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate plan solutions.
Complete applications and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and compliance standards set by management.
Client Support & Retention
Provide ongoing support to clients post-enrollment, answering policy-related questions.
Develop long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
Follow up with clients annually to review plan performance and explore better-fit options.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow CMS guidelines and company protocols.
Complete all required certifications and continuing education for licensing and carrier compliance.
Adhere to all HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
Active health insurance license required (Medicare experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems (e.g., CRM).
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center or remote environment.
