The Marketing Analyst supports the Marketing team in the execution and follow-up of strategic marketing initiatives for the Aesthetic Medicine portfolio.
This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, tracking tactical plan performance, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
The position requires a highly organized, proactive, and analytical profile with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and interest in the aesthetics and healthcare industry.
Marketing Execution
Support implementation of brand plans and tactical initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate development and execution of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Manage timelines and follow-up with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Support congresses, workshops, trainings, and customer engagement activities.
Ensure execution excellence across all marketing initiatives.
Coordinate communication materials and customer-facing initiatives.
Marketing operations & Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory, and Procurement teams.
Support budget tracking and administrative follow-up of marketing activities.
Support creation and follow-up of purchase orders (POs), vendor setup processes, and invoice tracking.
Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal procurement teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and support for marketing activities, contracts, and financial internal processes.
Assist in management and follow-up of contracts, payment processes, and compliance-related documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
