About the role
We are seeking a Quality Manager responsible for developing and implementing a Quality strategy that delivers measurable business value by driving process improvements, enhancing customer satisfaction and improving profitability. The Quality Manager will drive local quality processes across the Italian plants and ensure alignment with corporate and regulatory standards. Duties and responsibilities In this strategic and operational role he/she will: define and maintain processes that ensure products compliance with specifications and regulations participate in design activities establish standards and control methods, define and track quality KPIs at local level coordinate internal and external audits to verify compliance, effectiveness, and traceability develop policies and procedures direct and coordinate overall quality specifications lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce defects and waste, and lower the cost of poor quality Ensure synergies and training and development of quality personnel at each site.
