ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Perform the following with limited supervision:
Operate forklifts, combis, vertical man lifts, and cranes (certifications required)
Perform systematic material movement using WMS, SAP, and MII systems
Conduct basic cycle counts and participate in inventory reconciliation activities
Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and resolving minor discrepancies
Execute physical business processes such as cycle reconciliation, red tagging, and stock transport orders (STOs)
Pick, prepare, and deliver parts orders to manufacturing areas according to pick lists
Prepare orders for shipment, including appropriate labeling and documentation (e.g., FedEx shipments)
Build crates according to print and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Safely operate tools and equipment such as wood saws, pneumatic staplers, and nail guns
Load and unload trucks, validate material quantities, and complete receiving transactions in SAP
Load material into automated systems for processing or transport
Construct custom crates and ensure products are packaged securely for shipment
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders through email and in-person interactions
Assist leads in managing material flow and ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed
Work with limited supervision, demonstrating accountability and adherence to safety and quality standards
Conform to all safety guidelines while performing duties and operating equipment
Wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for the position
Support daily and monthly production goals and targets
Utilize SOPs and Standard Work Instructions to complete work
Contribute to safety and process improvement initiatives
Learn SAP/ MII / MES Processes
Demonstrate reliability and ownership of assigned processes
Identify work to be performed via SAP or MII work center priority
Perform physical material movements
Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S and lean initiatives
Cross-train within department
Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible in areas they are cross-trained in
Help train new production team members as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
