Operations Specialists are the operators behind Valerie's AI platform. Each specialist owns the operational delivery for a set of partner medical groups, ensuring their workflows run accurately, efficiently, and reliably. You will serve as the primary operational owner (Ops POC) for assigned customers, responsible for maintaining high-quality execution while helping improve the systems and workflows that power Valerie's platform. For high-performing team members, this role offers meaningful growth opportunities within the first 6-12 months. As Valerie scales, strong operators often expand their scope beyond core workflow execution to drive process improvements, support automation initiatives, and help shape how operations runs across new partners and products.
