You will primarily work closely with - and be mentored by - our experienced Engineer and staff on the wide portfolio of projects. Eventually, this program will provide an opportunity to understand your interests/strengths, and give you a chance to choose the area you would like to work in the CMF department. Your career: Participate in an 24-months (full time) trainee program in a worldwide environment; Build up your expertise in the product innovation and manufacturing processes; Expand vision about cutting-edge and sophisticated technologies; Master the design knowledges in consumer electronics industry; Have a personal development program with regular feedback sessions and career planning discussions Participate in regular training (on-/ off-the-job) and mentoring program
