The primary responsibilities of the AAG will be to provide legal counsel to various professional licensing boards and programs within and affiliated with the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation and/or the Department of Public Safety. This work involves disciplinary complaints against licensed professionals, providing legal analysis and opinions on regulatory matters, performing agency rule review, defending agency decisions on appeal to the Superior Court, and enforcing agency orders in court.
