Business Unit What the Role Entails Roles & Responsibilities Support the localized implementation of internal Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives. Assist in organizing and executing internal r e c r u i t i n g events to enhance employee engagement and strengthen the company's internal brand. C urate a n d a s s i s t s o c i a l m e d i a content o p e r a t i o n s for our recruitment-related channels (e.g., LinkedIn, I n s t a g r a m , T i k T o k etc.) to showcase "Life at T e n c e n t " and enhance our brand presence in the global talent market . P e r f o r m d a t a - a n a l y s i s on content performance to optimize reach and engagement. A udit current r e c r u i t i n g processes and output Standard Operating Procedure documents to standardize and improve team efficiency.
