Talent Acquisition Intern

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum internship period of 3-6 months.
• Strong interest in content creation and social media trends; experience in graphic design or video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-regional and cross-cultural teams.
• P r o f i c i e n c y i n Mandarin is p r e f e r r e d to facilitate seamless collaboration between global stakeholders and our HQ teams i n C h i n a .

• The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $20.77 to $38.08 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Assist in organizing and executing internal r e c r u i t i n g events to enhance employee engagement and strengthen the company's internal brand. C urate a n d a s s i s t s o c i a l m e d i a content o p e r a t i o n s for our recruitment-related channels (e.g., LinkedIn, I n s t a g r a m , T i k T o k etc.) to showcase "Life at T e n c e n t " and enhance our brand presence in the global talent market . P e r f o r m d a t a - a n a l y s i s on content performance to optimize reach and engagement. A udit current r e c r u i t i n g processes and output Standard Operating Procedure documents to standardize and improve team efficiency.
