You will lead the strategy and transformation agenda for one of Nike's fastest- growing technology centers, working closely with leadership to define priorities, strengthen operating rhythms, and deliver initiatives that shape the site's future and enterprise impact.
Your Responsibility:
Shape and drive the multi-year strategy for the India Technology Center, aligning site priorities with global business goals.
Partner with senior leadership to define vision, strategic priorities, and investment choices for site growth and capability building.
Lead planning cycles (annual and quarterly), ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives and measurable outcomes - Establish and run governance forums, leadership cadences, and decision.
making frameworks to improve clarity and execution.
Develop executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and leadership communications for global stakeholders.
Build insights through benchmarking, market intelligence, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.
Work cross-functionally to drive alignment, remove execution barriers, and accelerate delivery across key initiatives.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:
You will work closely with the India Technology Center (ITC) Site Leader and senior leadership team, partnering across functions including Technology, Finance, Places and Services, HR & TA, Legal, and Enterprise Operations. This role will report to the India Site Leader & will work closely within leadership ecosystem, connecting global enterprise priorities with local execution. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, working across a highly matrixed, global environment to enable alignment, accelerate decision-making, and drive large- scale initiatives.

We are looking for a high-impact strategy leader with strong executive presence, structured thinking, and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy and driving delivery in a complex, fast-evolving environment. The ideal candidate brings experience from leading consulting firms, corporate strategy teams, or transformation roles within global organizations or GCCs. They are skilled at working with senior stakeholders, influencing without authority, and simplifying complex problems into clear, actionable plans. They combine strong problem-solving with business judgment, and are known for driving outcomes-aligning teams, making trade-offs, and ensuring follow- through. This role requires someone who is curious, pragmatic, and motivated by building and scaling high-impact organizations.
Key Qualification:
15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.
Experience in global enterprises, GCCs, or large-scale technology organizations preferred - MBA or equivalent from a leading institution preferred.
Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions - Strong capabilities in strategic planning, governance, and cross-functional execution
