Level: 4/5 depending on experience Department: Advice - Financial Planning Contract: Permanent Location: Chester, Liverpool or Manchester This is a client and growth focused high-impact role for a Financial Planner who enjoys winning new business, building long-term relationships and being rewarded for overall performance. You will grow the lower and high net worth aligned existing client base alongside utilising your own business development skills to grow the client base. You'll have the backing of a strong brand, marketing support and specialist investment teams-so you can focus on doing great work for clients and winning new ones. Using your own network (and warm leads from Quilter), you'll build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into loyal, long-term client relationships-supported by marketing, colleagues and discretionary investment specialists. Maintain and grow an existing client base. Win new clients through your professional network (accountants, solicitors, corporate advisers) and Quilter referrals, converting enquiries into new relationships. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline-running events, following up quickly and creating a consistent flow of new business. Own your growth plan and targets (activity, pipeline and conversion), with coaching and support from the Area Director and distribution partners. Keep everything compliant-meeting FCA requirements and Quilter values and standards, generating great client outcomes and documentation.
