Senior Engineer, Wafer Foundry Quality

About the role

25%: Manage and monitor wafer foundry quality metrics, proactively drive continuous improvement to reduce quality incidents. 25%: Act as key liaison to address quality incidents, lead root cause analysis and deliver effective solutions using structured problem-solving tools. 20%: Manage wafer foundries' quality program and auditing process, develop and distribute standardized reports to ensure compliance with LFOS and procedures. 20%: Provide feedback to wafer foundries regarding Littelfuse and customers' quality standards and expectations. 10%: Lead regular quality calibrations to ensure consistency and continuity across wafer foundries' network. About you: Engineering degree required (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical preferred). 7+ years of experience in Quality, Process, Process Integration, or Engineering in a wafer fab environment. Knowledge of wafer fab production, WAT/PCM, product engineering, and quality requirements (8D, MRB, qualification release, change management). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in quality tools (control charts, Pareto, FMEA, etc.). Familiar with ISO9000 / IATF16949 / VDA; automotive experience is a plus. Experience in safe launch procedures and product/process transfer. Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus). Team-oriented, able to work under pressure, in multicultural environments, across time zones. Willing to travel extensively (approx. 25% in Mainland China, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, Korea).
