Master's degree in Animal Science or Animal Nutrition ( required )
Minimum 3 years of in‑field poultry nutrition experience or a closely related role
Strong understanding of poultry production systems, feeding practices, flock management, and performance metrics
Experience formulating diets and updating formulations based on customer and sales needs
Ability to conduct on‑farm consultations assessing performance, nutritional gaps, and economic outcomes
Experience with feed formulation software (Brill or Bestmix preferred)
Excellent communication skills with a personable, customer‑focused approach
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively to customer sites and industry events
Proven ability to meet deadlines with accountability and efficiency
