Responsibilities
- Act as a focal point for payroll processing, coordinating with external payroll providers, internal finance teams, line managers and employees
- Collect, validate and submit payroll inputs (i.e. new hires, leavers, absences, overtime, allowances, benefits in kind, expenses claims, timesheets)
- Assist in the management of tax registrations, social security obligations and onboarding documentation (both locals and posted workers)
- Support the HR Manager in industrial relations matters, interfacing with trade unions, employers' associations, and external labour consultants
- Act as a key HR interface for subcontractors on industrial relations and labour compliance topics
- Support implementation and monitoring of applicable collective agreements
- Ensure compliance with Swedish labour law (Working Hours Act, holidays, sick leave, termination rules, etc.)
- Coordinate general services for local and posted worker staff (office facilities, access badges, ITequipment, onboarding logistics)
- Support mobilisation and demobilisation processes for locally hired employees
- Coordinate with Site Management on administrative and workforce support needs
- Support accommodation, commuting or welfare-related logistics;
Requirements
- Five years of HR operations experience in Sweden
