Conduct checks, including AML compliance on prospective agents.
Assist through the full AML cycle by identifying areas of improvement in agents' enrolment packages and providing feedback to business on these agents.
Review controls to make sure they follow correct procedures.
Assist in providing improvement to our compliance processes here at Western Union.
Role Requirements
University degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in Operations or Compliance is preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to details.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong decision-making skills and a sense of responsibility.
Customer oriented and proactive mentality approach.
Be able to prioritize and adapt to changing processes.
General IT literacy.
Knowledge of additional languages would be considered as an advantage.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,400 - 2,058 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
