We're looking for a Compliance Senior Analyst to join our Central Compliance team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide e ssential administrative and operational support to the investigation process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of cases, documentation, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and administrative accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in preparatory investigation work, including the preparation of case folders by compiling representatives' adverse records, policy information, and other relevant documentation for review prior to the commencement of investigations.
Track and maintain investigation case status in the investigation register and AMS, and ensure the data are updated accurately and a timely basis.
Update FIDREC registry and ensure proper filing of investigation related documents.
Provide administrative support for reference checks and verification of representatives' adverse records.
Assist in organizing Disciplinary Committee meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials for circulation.
Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory and internal reporting relating to investigation cases.
Monitor the shared mailbox for investigation-related emails and take appropriate follow-up action where required.
Perform ad hoc tasks and provide additional administrative support as required by the Singapore Compliance Investigations team.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience in Compliance/Investigation Team
Strong document review and fact-checking ability
Clear report writing and preparation of committee materials
Strong command of M365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Bachelor's degree in legal management, Business, or related fields
