Location : Richmond, VA Position : General Laborer Pay : $ 22.63 /hr Shifts : 12 hour rotating shifts; 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am how it works: Work 4 days on night shift Off for 2 days Work 3 days on day shift Off for 2 days Work 3 days on night shift Off for 2 days Work 4 days on day shift Off for 8 days REPEAT This is an average of 43 hours/week over a 4 week cycle. Eligible for a MONTHLY machine incentive bonus! Annual safety shoe allowance! While reporting to the Team Leader as the General Laborer, you will be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture. You will perform tasks that are necessary to provide high quality, efficient, timely shipment of Sonoco products.
