Configure, administer, and optimize global performance processes within Workday, including goal-setting, continuous feedback, mid-year and year-end reviews, and calibration sessions, tailored to the needs of a global organization.
Partner with domestic and international HRBPs, L&D, and business leaders to ensure end-to-end performance management activities are effectively deployed and managed according to the global calendar.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to performance modules in Workday.
Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users on processes, process changes, system enhancements, and best practices.
Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement, automation, or simplification of talent and performance activities.
Stay up-to-date with external benchmarks and Workday enhancements to incorporate industry best practices in talent management.
Talent Data & Analytics
Create, refine, and maintain HR and manager dashboards and talent reports in Workday to support HR, business leaders, and executives in critical decision-making.
Compile and visualize key talent metrics (e.g., talent assessments, high-potential pools, succession, mobility, diversity) to articulate the organization's talent health and bench strength.
Transform complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for presentation in executive forums and talent reviews.
Project Management & Change Leadership
Support and, at times, lead global talent and performance projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and comprehensive communications.
Collaborate to embed performance and talent insights into learning, succession, and development initiatives.
(Preferred) Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
3+ years' experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, Talent Management, Performance Management, or related fields, ideally within a global matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reports, dashboards, and functional analytics in Workday or equivalent HRIS.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proactive mindset, continuous improvement orientation, and a passion for enabling people, leaders, and business growth through talent data.
