5+ years of relevant experience in global technical sales, key account management or business development of technical high-end products, preferably in the field of optics/photonics.
Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development, motivation, and goal achievement.
Exceptional strategic and entrepreneurial acumen to balance commercial profitability with technical feasibility.
Solid understanding in optics, light measurement, or display technology.
Self-driven, proactive, and trustworthy personality with excellent communication skills in german and english.
