Tailor engagements to customer needs, patient populations, and account priorities while maintaining scientific depth and credibility.

Account Ownership & Territory Management
Own and actively manage a defined Central Switzerland HIV territory , including key account responsibility.
Develop, implement, and execute robust account and territory plans aligned with the national virology strategy.
Identify unmet medical and treatment needs within accounts and translate insights into impactful actions.
Drive sustainable performance by prioritizing the right accounts, right stakeholders, and right activities .
Execute national and regional HIV strategies with high quality and consistency.
Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other cross ‑ functional partners to ensure integrated and patient ‑ centric execution.
Contribute field insights to support strategy refinement, brand development, and continuous improvement.
Support implementation of campaigns, guideline updates, and educational initiatives in the field.

Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
Proven experience in a pharmaceutical field role , ideally in HIV, Virology, Specialty Care, or hospital ‑ based settings.
Good understanding of the Swiss healthcare system , hospital environment, and regional dynamics.
Strong command of German , with good working knowledge of English (French an asset depending on customer mix).
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Switzerland and represent Gilead at relevant national and international congresses and scientific events
