AI Enablement Lead We are hiring our first AI Enablement Lead to drive how AI is adopted across the company. This is a hands-on, builder-first role. You will spend most of your time embedded with teams, co-building AI workflows alongside the people who do the work, and helping departments unlock significant productivity gains. The philosophy of this role is simple: enablement happens as a byproduct of building together. You will not be running a training program or writing curricula. You will be sitting next to people, understanding their actual work, and shipping AI-powered improvements with them. You will report to the CTO and partner closely with leaders across our media, consumer products, and corporate functions. The role has high visibility with the executive team and the CEO.
