Our corporate subscriptions Manager, Account Management role requires a mix of relationship management, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making to ensure retention and growth within the education sector. You Will: Manages 1 or more development managers or sellers focused on new business activities while also carrying an individual quota for revenue generation. Sets the strategy for new business within his or her team Manages pipeline via salesforce Conducts virtual and in-person meetings with clients to establish relationships and drive new opportunities into pipeline Sets KPI's for sellers in consultation with sales leadership for his or her team Stay up to date with Dow Jones suite of enterprise subscription solutions Travel to meet clients (where appropriate). Forecasting team revenue to management You Have: 7-10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role. 2-5 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in a subscription-based, SaaS, media, or information services business is a strong plus. Previous experience working with enterprise clients or large organizations.
