Medcan is seeking a Radiologist who possesses a desire to work in a fast paced and rewarding environment. Medcan's radiology department sees clients for preventative and acute care.
This is an Independent Contractor role initially working Saturdays each week (with the opportunity for occasional weekday coverage as needed) and reports to the Clinical Director, Radiology.
This is a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate interpretation of ultrasound, bone density, X-Ray and mammography scans.
Align to provide open and candid communication within the department.
Collaborate well with the clinic team (i.e. imaging technologists, nurses and managers)
Continuously look to innovate care practices using the best evidence medical care
Collaborate with a team of dedicated radiologists
Requirements
Degree in Medicine (MD)
Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and currently licensed to practice in Ontario
