Also responsible for directing and monitoring workflow; fill in as needed for other department personnel or where the workload indicates. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of warehouse activities, including shipping /receiving/warehouse inventory management, health and safety Manages warehouse personnel, provides work direction, trains workers on job duties, safety procedures and company policies Establish work schedules and procedures, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments Communicates with and schedules work with Deluxe Vendors; may also respond to customer service emails
