Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Market Growth

Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with national sales strategy and organizational objectives.

Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities using data-driven insights.

Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to shape go-to-market strategies and optimize regional performance.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and strengthen customer relationships.

Foster a performance-driven culture based on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Develop team capability in data interpretation, forecasting, and consultative selling.

Data-Driven Performance Management

Leverage CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to analyze performance, track KPIs, and support decision-making.

Translate sales data into actionable insights to optimize territory coverage, pricing strategies, and channel mix.

Use predictive analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and sales productivity.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional customers, distributors, and strategic partners.

Represent the company at regional market activities, trade shows, and strategic customer reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Identify and champion opportunities to digitize sales processes and enhance data utilization.

Support the implementation of new tools and dashboards that improve transparency and efficiency.

Contribute to company-wide initiatives that evolve the sales organization into a more strategic, insight-led function.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5-10 years of experience in sales leadership , preferably in a multi-region or B2B environment.

Strong expertise in the building materials sector and construction processes.

Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies .

Demonstrated success leading teams through change and digital transformation.

Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using CRM and BI tools .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French .
