  • You understand that procurement in manufacturing is both technical and commercial-and you're fluent in both.
  • 5+ years in sourcing/procurement within a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with contract manufacturing or outsourced production
  • Comfortable reading technical drawings, BOMs, and specs
  • Strong grasp of TCO and make-vs-buy decisions
  • Confident negotiator who can structure deals beyond just unit price
  • Able to navigate complexity-multiple suppliers, stakeholders, and moving timelines
