About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ENGINEERING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ?????the ability to advise management of the effectiveness of shipyard programs and the operations, productivity, and efficiency of those programs; identifying and analyzing program issues and recommending solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness; utilizing computer applications such as spreadsheets, databases (oracle, MS Access, etc.) or graphic applications to extract data. GS-7: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: knowledge of programs, functions, responsibilities, and processes; assisting in compiling and analyzing data to recommend solutions for process improvement in support of organizational efficiency; utilizing software programs to create reports, charts, graphs, or presentations.
