Due to an internal promotion, Oaks Queenstown Shores are now looking for a full time Front Office Supervisor who brings proven front office experience, leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to join the team. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests. Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Shift Details (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm Immediate start available To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team; prior supervisory experience is highly regarded. Extensive background in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of guest service standards and operations. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanour, even in high-pressure situations. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of duties. Impeccable professional presentation, reflecting the high standards of the organisation.
