Responsibilities

  • Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of a global product;
  • Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test, development, automation, and release processes improvement;
  • Advocate for the engineering perspective when communicating with product and design;
  • Follow best development practices to achieve continuous improvement;
  • Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
  • Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.
  • We are looking for people with:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar)
  • Previous experience leading and managing development teams
  • Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
  • Experience with backend and/or frontend integrations (web or mobile)
  • Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture
  • Advanced knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts (unit, integration, regression, automation, testability, stress testing)
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Collaborative mindset, focus on quality, product-oriented vision, and DevOps culture
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered development tools and IDEs with artificial intelligence features.
