Personally lead major IAM production incidents and outages, serving as incident commander for high‑severity events and ensuring rapid restoration and clear executive communication.
Translate lived production experience into architectural and operational improvements that strengthen system resilience.
Design, build, deploy, and govern agentic AI capabilities that monitor signals, investigate events, and recommend mitigations while maintaining strong human accountability.
Institutionalize learning from failure through rigorous post‑incident reviews that feed engineering backlogs and AI model improvements.
Lead IAM modernization initiatives across identity lifecycle management, authentication, privileged access, and governance automation.
What Are We Looking For?
Requirements
Senior leadership experience owning uptime, resilience, and incident outcomes for mission‑critical IAM or security platforms.
5 or more years IAM domain expertise, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, privileged access management, and cloud identity.
Experience converting operational incidents and risk into systemic resilience and automation improvements.
Experience applying AI or advanced automation in production environments with appropriate governance and controls.
