In this unique role you will lead early-stage discovery work, create decision-grade prototypes and artifacts, and influence Go/No-Go and MVP decisions that accelerate value for millions of customers. } } ; { your_responsibilities : [ Lead end-to-end discovery for priority topics: frame problems, define hypotheses, design research plans, and deliver decision-grade artifacts (prototypes, journeys, service blueprints, pitch decks). Produce high-quality Figma prototypes and presentation materials that make abstract ideas visible and testable for stakeholders. Run and co-facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and synthesis activities to align product, research, engineering, and business stakeholders. Translate discovery findings into concise, actionable next-step recommendations (Go/No-Go, MVP scope, roadmap options) and support handover to Product and Tech. Contribute to and iterate the CX Strategic Discovery playbook: build templates, examples, and pragmatic guidance that teams can reuse. Mentor peers and collaborate with the Discovery Team Lead and Design Chapter to raise discovery standards and scale capability across locations. Surface trade-offs across customer value, business goals, and technical constraints to support confident stakeholder decisions. ] } ; { following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [ Minimum 5 years of professional product visual design experience with demonstrable discovery and prototyping work. Strong portfolio showing case studies of discovery-led work, prototypes, journeys, and decision-grade artifacts. Proficiency with Figma (and FigJam), Miro, and common prototyping and workshop facilitation tools and methods. Demonstrated experience running workshops, framing hypotheses, synthesising research, and converting findings into clear recommendations. Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, researchers, and engineers; able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Comfortable working in regulated or complex environments is a plus (financial services experience beneficial). Fluency in English and German (B2+) .
