Business Analysis - Strong grounding in BA practices, including requirements elicitation, story writing, acceptance criteria, and test coverage.

Key Accountabilities
Manage BAU product support across Financial Crime products, ensuring defects, incidents, and customer/colleague feedback are triaged, prioritised, and resolved in line with agreed SLAs.
Ensure structured requirements, well-formed user stories, and adequate test coverage are delivered across all change activity, with consistent BA practice across the team.
Partner with Product Performance to monitor and report on product performance, AI model health, and benefits realisation; surface insights and risks to Australian leadership in a timely manner.
Partner with Australian-based product owners, sub-domain leads, and delivery teams to align Vietnam-based capability with broader transformation priorities.
Embed consistent ways of working across product ownership, business analysis, performance, and consultant practices - including playbooks, templates, and quality standards.
Represent the Product Operations team in governance forums and performance reviews, providing transparent reporting on team output, service levels, and capability development.
Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and operational controls across all product operations activities.
