Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at Hillcrest Hospital Claremore in Claremore, Oklahoma. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering strong compensation, a balanced schedule, and the opportunity to work in a community-focused environment with a collegial care team. Position Highlights: Base Salary of $600,000 + 10 Weeks Off Compensated Call Structure Monday-Friday schedule | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, average 40 hrs/week Call schedule: 1 weekday beeper call and 1 (48 hr) weekend call shift per month Collaborative care team model with experienced CRNAs and surgical staff Broad case mix including Bread and Butter, Gen Surge, Peds Dental and ENT, Ortho, and Podiatry Stable practice environment with consistent scheduling and strong leadership support Opportunity to practice in a respected community hospital serving northeastern Oklahoma
