What you'll be doing (but not limited to): Delivering warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings. Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces. Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently with care. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service. Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate. Creating positive guest experiences with your welcoming, can-do attitude. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role. Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification. Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
