The workshop plays a key role in keeping plant, vehicles and equipment organised, maintained and ready to support the crews delivering essential infrastructure work across the region. You'll support the team across a wide range of tasks, helping make sure workshop processes, systems and documentation are accurate, up to date and delivered on time. Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities Assist with day-to-day workshop administration and general office duties. Answer incoming calls and provide responsive administrative support to the team. Complete data entry, reconciliations and cost coding accurately and on time. Prepare monthly billing accurately, including Workshop PO creation and receipting in JDE 9.2. Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable administration. Work closely with the joint Administrator on end-of-month billing and reporting. Help plan and organise administrative activities to keep the workshop running well. Provide relief support to other admin team members as needed. Experience generating and compiling reports with a high level of accuracy. Strong skills across Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Solid systems coordination and general business administration capability. A collaborative, team-focused approach and willingness to pitch in where needed.
