About the role
Sales & Business Development - Identify and develop new business opportunities across aerospace, defence, electronics, automotive, and industrial sectors for surface finishing, NDT, welding, and MRO services. - Manage and grow existing customer accounts across all business units (ATC Treatment, ATC Aviation, ATC Coating, ApolloFlow); conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. - Prepare and present technical sales proposals, quotations, and capability presentations to prospective and existing customers. - Support customer qualification processes by coordinating with Quality and Operations teams to meet customer-specific requirements. - Maintain a sales pipeline and report on leads, opportunities, and conversion rates to Management. Marketing & Brand Building - Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen the ATC Group brand across target industries - including digital presence (website, LinkedIn), trade publications, and participation in aerospace and industrial exhibitions. - Create marketing collateral including capability statements, product/service brochures, and customer presentations that accurately reflect the group's accreditations (CAAS Part 145, FAA/EASA Part 145, AS9100D, NADCAP). - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback; provide actionable insights to Management for strategic planning. Customer Liaison & Representation - Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for customers; manage enquiries, RFQs, and commercial negotiations in coordination with Operations and Quality teams. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, customer visits, and business meetings - including international engagements, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region. - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers, OEMs, MRO operators, and industry stakeholders. - Support international business development activities, including partnerships and customer development in China and the broader Asia-Pacific market. - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications and Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience; experience in aerospace, MRO, surface finishing, or industrial services strongly preferred. - Understanding of aerospace industry structure (OEMs, MROs, Tier 1/2 suppliers) and appreciation of quality accreditations (NADCAP, AS9100D, Part 145) is a strong advantage. - Proven track record in B2B sales with ability to manage both technical and commercial conversations. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging at senior customer levels. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage. - Willingness to travel regionally, including to China and other Asia-Pacific markets. - Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred, to support communication with Chinese-speaking partners and customers.
