Float between assigned schools and/or patients based on company needs
Provide one-on-one nursing care for individual students as required
Support school-sponsored activities, including:
Field trips
Organized school event days
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and school policies
Assist with onboarding, training, and shadowing of RNs requesting first-visit support
Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with families, schools, and internal teams
Uphold all safety, compliance, and professional standards
Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational needs
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods
Capability to meet the physical demands of school and clinical environments

Qualifications & Education
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting
Demonstrated competency with:
Feeding tubes
Seizure management
Diabetes care
Cardiac conditions
At least 1 year of pediatric RN experience , preferably in a home care or private duty setting (resume required)
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments
