Job Description: Job Summary:** Operates and monitors production machinery and equipment to manufacture high-quality beverage cans, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards. Job Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain various production machines, including presses, decorators, and can reformers, according to established procedures. * Monitor machine performance, identify and troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and perform basic adjustments to ensure optimal operation. * Conduct regular quality checks on manufactured cans, including visual inspections and dimensional measurements, to ensure compliance with specifications. * Load and unload materials, such as aluminum sheets or coils, into production equipment. * Maintain accurate production records, including output quantities, downtime, and quality control data. * Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work area. * Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machinery. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve issues. * Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the shift supervisor promptly. * Participate in training programs to enhance operational skills and knowledge.
