Finance Controller

About the role

We are hiring a Finance Controller to lead Banyan's accounting foundation and help build a strong finance function as the company scales. This role reports to the Head of Operations, partners closely with the CEO, and works closely with the leadership team across accounting, planning, budgeting, cash management, and operating discipline. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving rigor, and partnering across the business. The right candidate brings strong accounting judgment, startup pragmatism, and the ambition to grow with the organization over time. While this role includes FP&A responsibilities, the center of gravity is controllership, accounting accuracy, and financial operating discipline.
